RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven(7 days) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We admonished you to carefully read our return policy before purchasing any item on our website.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and Just the item and proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUND

We do not allow or guarantee a refund for any returned item but we offer an exchange. So, after receiving your items from us, you can return after inspecting the condition of your item within 7 days, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email, Phone call, and WhatsApp when your return has been processed. After we have received the returned items, we will process your items and replace them for you which will be shipped to your doorstep.

EXCEPTIONS   

However, there are conditions before you can apply for a return, For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
