Can I open my package
before making a payment or reject/return my item to the delivery associate at

What is my card
number, expiration date, and CVV/security code?
In the payment page, when you pay with your Credit/Debit
card, you will be asked to provide your 16-digit Card Number, CVV which stands
for Card Verification Value, and the card expiry date. Please know that your
card information is not collected on our platform excerpt you specify it should be saved.

Why is the Pay on
Delivery disabled on my account?
This is as a result of frequent canceling or rejected
orders, our system will flag your account not eligible for pay on delivery
How can I activate
the Pay on Delivery option on my account?
You will only get reactivated after you have completed two
orders successfully.
Who do I complain to
if I was flagged wrongly?

Can the delivery
lead-time in a state vary across its different cities?
Of course yes, deliveries to remote areas of the states may
take longer than the ones with a landmark and in the city.
Can I change my
shipping address after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can request for change of address to a different
location within the same city or region, but ensure you do this before your
order is shipped, contact our support for a seamless guide to do this.
If you are changing the address to a newer location, then your
order will be canceled and you will have to do repurchase of your original

I found the package
open and the product seal is broken on delivery. What should I do?
If any of the package seal is broken, we always advise you
should reject such a package and because we will not receive any broken seal but
if you erroneously receive such package do well to contact our live support for a quick response.

will be done 3 times before your order is finally canceled if none of it yielded

I ordered multiple
items but I have received only one item so far. What's going on?

different distributors and we ship every item that is available to avoid delay
in delivery. But be assure you will get all of the products delivered to you but
it might be at different periods.
Can my parcel be
delivered to an office address?

instead of having it delivered?
